::The location is beautiful BUT the employees are not welcoming. I've been banking with Wells Fargo over ten years and always felt a warm welcome. Usually Wells Fargo employees are very cheerful and eager to help. NOT the employees located at 1 Independent Drive. The gentleman on staff did not smile and handed me the business class with slight disgust. I will not return to that location again! I usually like my visits to the bank but NOT this time

::I give this Wells Fargo 1/5 stars because anything below 1 is not possible. I think a great analogy of the service I recently received is the great Wells Fargo skyscraper downtown. It looks great on the outside, but when you need detailed help and you go inside it's just a facade---a myriad of pleasantries with no real substance. A month ago, I went in this branch to make a $356 payment. A week later, I discovered the payment had not been applied. I called multiple times to this branch and was basically brushed off and even one time told I could not be helped because the person on the other end of the line said, " I cannot verify who you are." This was a 'unique' procedure because my identity had been multiple other times, through other branches and even through phone customer service, verified. To my surprise, I later found out the person behind these words laced with sarcasm was one of the managers Katina G. Then, three weeks laters, after my payment was not posted and the branch discovered there was an error on the way they processed the payment there was no since of urgency to correct it. That was until I asked for the district manager. Now, this Friday the service manager says she will call me everyday. But too little too late. My payment has now been deemed late. The tellers are good at taking your money, and "taking" your money (for I still have a receipt for paying money that no one can tell me where it is). Obviously, there needs to be more training, or maybe training period for the managers on down regarding proper customer service and basic operational functions handling finances. And what's worse is I came to this branch because I ran into one of the high level executive managers named Damon at a volunteer event. He is an extremely impressive guy, but this branch forever marred my impression of Wells Fargo!
