  Loved their selection and buying process. However, after I bought the dress, any interactions I had with them were much less satisfying. I live 4.5 hours away and weekends are essentially the only time I can make it to the metro area but they don't allow appointments to try on your wedding dress on weekends. It kind of felt like they got my money and now I'm second priority. Also, DO NOT PAY EXTRA TO STORE YOUR DRESS HERE. If you take your dress to get it altered, The Wedding Shoppe will NOT take it back and continue to store for you. Yet they don't have on-site alteration options...so regardless of if you pay or not, you're going to be storing your own dress for the last few months since you don't want to wait until last minute to get alterations. Just a head's up since I really wish I'd known that before spending money that I now feel was wasted. Lastly, I was told I wouldn't need an appointment on a weekend to look at tux options and when we entered their tux shop across the street, they treated us like we were stupid for not making an appointment. Really put a bad taste in my mouth. In the end, I recommend them for buying your dress (great selection at reasonable pricing) but just be sure you take it home with you or have someone you know and trust keep it at their house. We ended up going somewhere else for the guys' attire.

  AMAZING experience! On a whim, me and my daughter decided to check out the prom dress selection at Wedding Shoppe, Inc on Grand—best decision! Rachel assisted us—she is absolutely wonderful! She is so helpful and kind. My daughter found THE prom dress!🤗. It was the first dress (Sherri Hill) to try on and her decision was made... we walked out with the perfect dress for her senior prom and had the best shopping experience ever! In and out with THE dress in less than an hour=😃 mom! Totally wowed! THANK YOU RACHEL! We will tag Wedding Shoppe in some pics with the dress.

  My dress was damaged at the dry cleaners by my house. I was in a panic due to the fact that I needed my bridesmaid dress in just over a month for my friends wedding out of state. A friend had suggested contacting The Wedding Shoppe in St. Paul, MN. It was the best advice I was given! I contacted them and was working with a wonderful employee named Maddie. She was very patient and kind with me. She helped to calm me from my panic I was in. She worked diligently to help find the same color and style of bridesmaid dress that I had. She was very professional yet still made me feel like I had known her forever. I highly recommend The Wedding Shoppe for your bridal needs. And if you can, request Maddie. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Maddie for helping me through my crisis! 😁

  I had my first wedding dress shopping appointment at the Wedding Shoppe, and I had a fantastic experience! There was no pressure with budget limitations, my consultant listened to what I wanted to try on, and the consultants were all having fun together, and with their clients. All of this made the experience really positive. I wasn't able to commit to a dress at the end of my appointment that day, so scheduled a time to come back after I had thought about it a bit - and there was no pressure from staff to purchase that day. This was not true at other shops I went to! I did end up purchasing that dress in the end! My consultant was Sam P., and I would HIGHLY recommend her for a bridal appointment! Out of the bridal salons I went to, Wedding Shoppe had the best customer service by far. Thanks for the great experience - and I can't wait to get my dress!

  My daughter and her bridesmaids shopped at the store with an appointment on a Friday. It was busy, but we had great service and the store has a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses (one of my daughter's actually bought her prom dress from this shop). We came back on Saturday to retry on their favorite bridesmaid dress, the team was very helpful and honest about lead times, suppliers, etc. The ladies ultimately chose a dress from elsewhere, but I'm very happy with the service we received from The Wedding Shoppe!
