  The drop off thing it’s not working, there is only one girl who is doing good job, the rest big no! I’m paying 2$ extra to get my clothes be dryed on medium and I get back wet clothes. Also if the are working until 10 PM why they close before 10PM? They need to fix things ASAP!

  This is without a doubt the biggest joke for your cleaning. Do not send your dry cleaning here especially. I recently had a $200 Eileen Fisher sweater "dry cleaned" here and it was evidently washed. It is soooo small I can no longer put it on. I repeatedly try to get the employees at both locations to put me in touch with the dry cleaning service they use, only to find out that the owner does the cleaning!!! When I got the other items back as well, they do not smell clean, although someone took the time to staple a number label in my clothing. I have tried to reach the owner via email and no response!!! Horrible customer service and quality.
