  Absolutely the worst. agency. ever...After submitting paperwork over the last year and a half, i still have not received a proper response to why my income tax return was illegally intercepted for no reason at all, im constantly being told one thing to do and turn around to either wait on hold for 90 minutes just to be disconnected or be forced to leave a message. I have never been behind on child because im responsible enough to do what needs to be done. But when something happens and a government agency does not respond, something is seriously wrong with the system that needs to be fixed.

  Close to just closing my case dealing with them is more frustrating then the man not taking care of his child. I’ve been waiting 4 months to get a show cause hearing. Been calling every 8 weeks to be told. Once you file for a hearing it sits in the system for 8 weeks before being forwarded to the review dept. then sits there for another 8 weeks before being sent to the scheduling dept. and after 8 weeks of sitting there you might get a court date. On top of having to be 5 months behind in support payments before even filing for a cause hearing. I’ve been doing it all on my own for the past as well keep it going and save them some work that they don’t do anyways and close my cause. I find it more frustrating that they won’t hold these people accountable for support their child.

  You may as well be in a Kafka Novel. To wit: nobody parks in front of their house that's almost as dumb as going to high school (paraphrasing a black-robed referee with a law degree). If you google "people park in front of their house" with the quotation marks you get only 7 results. It's that much of a gimme that it's only been typed out 7 times in all the known internets. They don't call it the "Friend of the Mother" for nothing. On a positive note, Mrs. Scruggs is rad.

  Received a letter saying that my sons father was on SS disability and they’re closing my case because I can’t provide information.... he’s NOT on disability and it’s been a smooth open case for ten years. It says to call if you received the notice in error... yeah that’s not working when it’s impossible to speak to someone. Wait 45 mins then get hung up on for a week now. This entire system needs to be redone and managed better. It’s a joke.

  The friends of the Court is a joke! They are not effective and they're nonchalant. I find out that they have no case worker assigned to my case at all. They have a high turnover and leadership is non existent. Many of the staffs are not doing their jobs and they are aware of it and the management team are not holding them accountable. Non of the cases assigned to their office are assigned to any case worker . Its a shame that the state have our private information rendered to a third party that is so irresponsible. The staffs supposed to be available until 4PM but they're sneaking out around 3:15 without any accountability. The entire department needs to be under new management or the state need to cancel their contracts all together. They need to explain to the citizens why are they being paid for? Many of the staff's are ghetto and very unprofessional. They're not easy to reach on the phone and the supervisor never return any calls .especially for Ms. Antoinette Wilder! It must be nice to get a free paycheck on behalf of the tax payers.
