I am a Brazilian regular for the past 10 years. I just moved to Seattle and tried Wax On because it was right around the corner from where I was staying. If you are looking for a thourough, good job, this is not the place. It is all hard strip wax and for my hair and Alex did not do a good job to my standards. I have had one really awful Brazilian in my life, this was my second worst. It is always unfortunate to pay so much money and have a poor experience and for them to not be thourough

I have been waxed by Alex several times. She is thorough and quick. She has always done a great job.

I am not a small person, and my thighs are enourmous. However Alex did a great job of waxing my incredibly hairy giant legs down to a nice smooth texture. And I even have places where the hair didn't grow back! Plus she's very Trans friendly, so if you want to be treated right come here and ask for Alex!

Alex waxed my back and did an awesome job! Barely felt a thing. Will definitely be back!

This place is dangerous. Take a look at the pictures of the burns they gave me! Those were taken a few days ago but now they are blistering and looking even worse. I saw Alex on the 27th of December 2016 for a male maintenance eyebrow wax (keep the uni-brow away, etc). It doesn't take much waxing at all to do this right and I am usually out of other places in 5-10 minutes. After she was done, I knew immediately that there was something wrong but I had no idea how bad it would be until the next day. Walking out of the storefront, I could barely open my left eye, scorching pain in both eyes. The following day, that persisted but the burns were blistered and red. People at work were asking if I got hit in the face... saying, "Oh my god! what happened!!??" That day I called them to give them a chance to offer me a refund and good grace in the form of some kind of treatment/ help to get this repaired. I really just want my face back to normal. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE MANAGER. The receptionist, a pleasant girl named Jessica, gave me a ring and told me that the manager would give me a call but it has been 4 days and I have not heard from them. These burns were 100% not caused by the products that I was using. I'm a guy!-- I use moisturizer and sunscreen on my face... not peels and stuff that would be an issue. I have gotten eyebrows waxed at other places without issue before. Do not go to this location for your brows or anything else. EDIT: (In response to the owner) As i mentioned on the call, please do not send me a refund yet. I will not cash the check as of now. I have consulted my lawyer and would like to know how you intend to pay for medical damages before I accept your refund. If you would like to take this discussion private, please send a message to my phone number and I will give you my email so we can talk via mail.
