  When I am writing this Watson has a perfect five star rating. That’s for a reason. Because customer service trumps price every time. And they have both. I wish I had known about them when we first moved in a year ago. But not to cry over spilled milk. I know now and their phone number is programmed in my phone.   Shannon and Stephen seem to be like really genuine guys, and love the hustle they are in. 24 hour service is advertised, and that hits high Mark's with me. Tool rentals should be 24/7 just like the people they serve.

  I have rented from these guys several times, I have never been disappointed. I have even rented equipment that didn't preform as I thought it should, they didn't charge me, and wouldn't let me pay for the time I did use it. I don't even look anywhere else, their prices are great, but their Customer Service can't be beat.

  Watson Rentals Tool and Equipment is a fantastic company. We have rented several tools from them and each time we have been greeted with helpful, friendly faces. They delivered right to our home, and picked up in a timely manner. When a piece of equipment wasn’t working, they turned around, fixed it in our driveway and fixed it quickly. We will be renting all tools and rentals from them from now on. Great business!!

  Rented a skid steer from them, great people to deal with. Very easy going! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
