I trusted the work here so much I even went there right before my NPC fitness show for body building. I have been coming here for almost a year and I don't go anywhere else. Very pleased with this work. Brenda is wonderful and talented and makes me feel like family.

Brenda was nice. This has nothing to do with her character. She is pleasant and knows how to talk the talk however what I am rating here is the final result. I called Brenda in reference to getting fusion hair extensions. This was my first time getting extensions. She ordered hair based off of a picture and my explanation of my hair. She did not offer an in person consult which is the first red flag. How can she match extensions to your hair without looking, feeling, and touching in person? She does hair out of her apartment which I don't mind at all. However, I do believe if you are bringing clients to your home, you should have a nice and clean environment. It took her about 3 hours to do the hair which seems to be typical. After spraying my hair with water and adding mousse, she handed me a mirror. Mind you, I could only see the front and sides of my hair. There was no way to see the back. From what little I could see, I thought it looked nice because wet hair blends more. I then finished paying and left. I went into the first bathroom I came across and what I saw was so disappointing and embarrassing. Both the color and texture of my hair and the extensions did not match. It was extremely obvious that I had fake hair in my head. My hair was dark brown and the extensions were black. My hair was curly and the extensions wavy. The next couple of days I had to spend MORE money to get my hair colored, permanently straightened, cut, and styled so that both hairs would blend more. It was a disaster. I paid over one grand when all was said and done. Brenda will only apply extensions to your hair. She does not do any styling. And she does not have salon equipment in her apartment. I made a huge mistake by going to her.
