  I just called Easter night like literally 2 min ago trying to see if they are going to close earlier cause of the holiday. The female attendant answered the phone was highly rude. All I asked was," Hi what time are going to stop washing?". This female attendant gonna tell me," Look I ain't got time go through all that. If you gonna wash come wash bye!" And hung up. I'm thinking to myself what it had been an unGodly person or anyone else would have just gone up there to whoop that lady. Lady, we got the address and number so we know were you are. Really people in customer service that act like this need to give their job to someone else. There are many people out here that want to work, but can't for whatever reason just waiting on a second chance. I am new to this area this laundry mat is in and too bad so sad they will never get to know me or my money.

  Old machines & nonchalant customer service but the best large bags in the area.

  The employee there that day made it so uncomfortable. Like you could just tell he did not want me there. I was in almost 2 before closing. I understand when you have had a long day at work and you are tired. But this man like there where just a couple of people drying and he just HAD to start cleaning at the washer that I was using. And started spraying some cleaner for the washers like crazy. Like he was really scrubbing them down. Well lets just say that for the next 30 min I had to stay outside because of the fumes. And to top it all the washers did NOT have hot water. So 1/2 my clothes where not clean. I would advise on going somewhere else.
