  Had an enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although, was expecting a bit more of an elevated experience from a luxury branded hotel chain.

  For how much you pay for this hotel it lacks customer service. First off the pool was NOT heated. Was unable to use it due to it being cold. It’s the only reason I booked this hotel. They didn’t clean our room either, and after we complained to get it clean they still didn’t clean it. Pillows suck. For a high end hotel, invest in better pillows. We check out early due to how horrible everything was. Edit: I was told by employees that it was turned off because it was getting warm- the heater was NOT on, per your employees. And I was not the ONLY customer during this weekend to say something.

  Great staff checking us in very friendly and funny. The pool was very relaxing tho it could have been warmer. The guy working it was not very friendly at all. The room is spacious with a walk in closet and a good sized bathroom. The balcony is amazing but the chairs are uncomfortable - wire chairs. Still great to have a balcony to sit on.

  Nice hotel, decent location. Beds are comfortable, not a lot of noise. Balconies are great. Shower is meh, toilet paper holder location is mind boggling. Room service worked out well, there's a restaurant and bar downstairs. Staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this for business trips.

  Great hotel. I really loved the pool deck. Gym is spacious and pretty well equipped an extra point for the great view. Rooms are really comfortable and the bed was just amazing I slept like a baby. Staff is really helpful and makes the impression of always being there in case of anything. I Will definitely return to this awesome hotel.
