I came here to be fitted for glasses and purchase sunglasses as well. The fitting went great and they did a good job. The weird thing is while I was there I overheard a woman asking if she could have sunglasses but with clear lenses and I thought that was odd. I got my glasses shipped in the mail and they were very different from the pattern, I understand they are all unique but one of the frame sides is a total different color than the other when in the store I tried on something that was mixed colors evenly, not like cruellas hairstyle. So I got my shipment of sunglasses and I open them up and they are clear, completely clear, lenses and frames, when I ordered clear frames but the lenses as they come. Apparently there was a mix-up so Warby Parker refunded me fortunately but unfortunately for them they did not get my money for sunglasses that I wanted and needed. I would recommend the store if you want to buy glasses from them, I have had mine a year now and they are still going strong, the only issue is they are made from polycarbonate and strangely the part on the bridge is being eaten away either by my oils or the products I use on my face. Polycarbonate is loaded with BPA unfortunately but it does make a great sturdy frame. I have not had any issues with scratching. I lost the photo for comparison to show you how radically different the frames I received were from the ones I tried on in the store, completely different color variant but I chose to live with it because nothing is perfect. They are all one of a kind when there's cutting of a chunk of mixed colored plastic involved. I will have to choose sunglasses from somewhere else, due to the high cost for plastic sunglasses at warby. I may lose them so I am hesitant to try and make that investment here again. Staff was awesome, company is awesome, stores accompanying wp are awesome, glasses are awesome, only wish there was a central FL location because Tampa is quite a drive for me.

I am on my third frame and I think we got it right. Warby’s customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They never questioned making me new glasses and my third pair is the greatest. I took them over to the Tampa store and got them adjusted. We were maybe there 10 minutes and they were perfect. I would recommend Warby Parker to anyone ordering glasses. Customer service is outstanding!!!

Great glasses at a budget price however I have gone for several “adjustments” in an attempt to make them straight without success. Overall happy but frustrated with how crooked they are. Staff make what I feel is a halfhearted attempt to straighten.

Happy to have a showroom nearby so I wouldn't have to blindly order online, but when you walk in there's about 5+ employees hovering around and make browsing for glasses seem really awkward. It just seemed like they were way overstaffed both times I visited, as they all basically pounced on any customer who walked in. That being said, it wasn't too bad, and the employees are super friendly and helpful and willing to help you in any way, and make ordering glasses super easy. Will continue to come here.

Honestly this was the best experience I've ever had buying glasses in my entire life. The glasses they have seem very sturdy and well made, they do not feel flexible and flimsy like other glasses I have had. The variety they have to try on are very nice and the best part of the whole experience was the PRICE! 90% of the glasses they have are $95 and the other 10% are $145, I ended up buying a $95 dollar pair and the glasses come with Polycarbonate lenses, anti glare and anti scratch. All those things are added "extras" you pay more for in other places, and Warby includes it for the price of the frame! The only thing I payed extra for Was $100 for the transition lenses so they can turn into sunglasses outside. But this was not pushed onto me by the sales rep. They guy was very nice and helped me choose the pair that fit me best. All in all I was in Warby for maybe 30 minutes and only payed $195 for a pair of glasses that would've cost me $450 somewhere like vision works. Also an added perk, they ship them to your home in 7-10 business days free of charge. I literally only payed $195. Great experience I'm definitely never buying glasses anywhere other than Warby Parker. 10/10
