  My original Warby Parker sunglasses had a bad habit of the right lens popping out. I'd bought them in NY easily 4 years ago. I finally brought them in to Warby Parker here in Boston to get them fixed. They tried. They heated and molded and tried, but to no avail. Upon further investigation, the issue revealed itself--the original frame was slightly misshapen where the lens had to set in. They replaced the sunglasses. I love Warby Parker. Customer for life.

  First, the tremendously competent in-house optician (Stacey Coen at the time of this review) was wonderful. After my exam, I needed to walk a mere five feet to hand my prescription off to the sales staff who processed my new glasses order.... while they gave my current frames a free tune-up. A very friendly and attentive staff that loves dogs and encourages well behaved dogs to come in to the store. One of the biggest bonuses to a brick and mortar WP is the ability to fix adjust the frames to you, which isn't available through mail order. I will return for future eyewear needs.

  Great Service and good selection. The service here is amazing, I appreciated the feedback on the fit and size of the frame. The price for a pair is really great, no hidden costs.

  The staff are always incredibly helpful and nice. I say always because my wife and I have been in the store 4 times in the past 2 weeks... We initially went to look over their selection, one of the staff probably brought us 15+ pairs of glasses (each), and we finally found the ones we love. Order them in the store, and in less than a week, we had new glasses! Since the arrival of the new glasses, we've been in another 3 times for adjustments. Each visit, every optician is incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. (The only reason we return 2 more times was because my wife has a sensitive head and gets headaches if her glasses are too tight. I think we finally got it! Regardless, I know we can go back and expect smiles, helpful, and kindness from whoever we have the pleasure of working with!)
