  I've had several pair of pants hemmed here as well as having the waistline brought in and have been very pleased. Their prices are the most affordable I've found in central and western Raleigh and they consistently have business which means that they must do a good job. To launder and press a dress shirt it cost $2.50 and to launder and press dress pants it cost $6.00. They do not do dry cleaning on site.

  For a student living next door, this place is perfect for any clothing alteration needs. I've had expensive clothes fixed up here 3 times so far and each time the quality was always great. The lady is also very sweet and welcoming.

  Be VERY SPECIFIC about what you want. I took an expensive Anthropologie comforter to them to have two tiny holes stiched up and ended up with two GIANT orange patches instead. I was very upset and asked them to take out the stitching and they refused. No money back either. They didn't even seem sorry that I wasn't happy with the service. I've had good experiences here in the past but will never go back based on how they handled this.

  I tried this place out with a few articles of clothing I did not care too much for initially and I'm glad I did! I had a pair of pants hemmed and a significant amount of work done to a suit jacket. I was pleased with the pant hem work (which is the only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1), however the inside of the suit jacket looked like someone was working on a burlap sack rather than a jacket. Now the price was right, as I believe I spent about $30 for everything, and everything fits me better now, but I would much prefer to pay a bit more for quality work.
