  LOVE this office! This time I had the pleasure of seeing the endodontist for a root canal. Joy. But actually, it really was!! Great experience each and every time I am there =)

  To rate this business, it is important to first identify its parent organization, and that organization’s founder/origin. Next, I can hardly believe I’m writing this negative review. The primary dentist, a Vietnamese guy who’s name I can’t remember, currently alludes me, was great! Only in his absence could this location degenerate to its hopelessly and pathetic state. This business is owner, at least partially, by Smile Generation, a group founded by several old subprime mortgage brokers. Given changes in the real estate laws, they were forced to change professions utilizing their perfected skill of lying, deceit, and exaggeration. They approach newly licensed dentist having their entire career ahead of them offering these young men and women the promise of owning their own practice in what they present as a relatively short period of time using Smile Generation’s proprietary system complete with EHR, suppliers, over-sight, and claimed assistance. To those who accept, a sizable portion of their gross revenue automatically goes to Smile Generation. By the time these young dentists discover that the entire arrangement is designed only to suck them dry of their youth harboring only regret, they have only two choices. They can walk away from their contract and obligations with Smile Generation or they can accept the abuse. By acceptance, I mean play games with client by overcharging, misrepresenting client needs, and even manipulating the billing codes when trying to justify costs to clients. Because Smile Generation writes their billing software, also having staff in every affiliated branch practice, the dentist is unable to skirt any financial obligation to Smile Generation. For those young and budding ADA members eager to “own” their own practice, consider yourself warned and stay away from these types of organization. To any client considering patronizing this truly horrible organization, for your own good, find another, small and unbeholden private dentistry practice to patronize. Or you can patronize this organization, endure the inflated additional prices supported by their staff’s deceitful claims, endure excessive X-ray sessions and unneeded services that only serve to enrich this organization at the expense of client insurance carrier, attempts that will inevitably fail as companies like Guardian are hip to their scam, leaving YOU subject to their collection attempts. So when you see 5 star reviews for this horrible practice, do know they were left by the practice employees, and if you patronize this practice, you too will contribute your own negative yet actual description of inevitable dissatisfaction as NOBODY who actually visits this practice as a customer could or would be satisfied with the abuse of which they will be subjected. Consider yourselves warned.

  Walnut Dental is an amazing group. They are caring and understand the limits a patient is willingly to go through to get the proper dental work done. I highly recommend them, especially Dr. Bindu Kansagra.

  Wonderful experience with my dentist, Dr. Kansagra and the staff. She is so experienced, patient and professional in her dental work. The staff is very sweet and friendly. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so for years to come.

  My experience was truly second to none. The doctor was incredibly helpful, thorough and informative. The staff is excellent and very accommodating . Found my dentist for life.
