  Very poor service.my glasses were supposed to be ready last Friday but didn't pass inspections. So was told they will be there This Fri.but still not there. Wth?

  I recently purchased new glasses from the Walmart Vision Center. I had specifics in mind but when my glasses were delivered, I found that they did not meet my expectations. I wore them for a few days then returned to the store to explore my options. A vision specialist by the name of Noura listened to my concerns then offered to replace them under Walmart's return policy. This lady was so kind to me. She understood that I was upset and concerned with my purchase then worked toward a resolution. Her courteous professionalism was absolutely outstanding! Noura gets Five Stars and I would recommend this particular Vision Center to anyone.
