  Ms claudia and the eye doctor are sweet...just one person who needs to learn how to treat customers or if he have a confrontation with a customer don’t whisper to the other employees about that particular customer especially if it’s an (old) incident. As a man you shouldn’t let a woman get you that mad anyway...other then that the staff there are good.

  I couldnt see from my glasses or contacts So i went back and she told me to let my eyes adjust to the new glasses for 6 days .. Is she serious???? I been wearing glasses since i was 9yrs old .. I think i know what im supposed to be seeing like ..this is the only optical place that i have EVER had gotten glasses or contacts that i cant see from .. Then she got an attitude with me because i told her i want my money back .. "Can u just wait to see if ur eyes adjust to them" NOOOOO Whats the point of even trying when i cant see from them?

  I have gone to this location only one time and I will never go back due to the woman named Claudia. I told her I was going to write this review and call her manager but she said she was the manager. I know this review really doesn't matter and she will still go through her life like nothing being miserable to people who don't deserve the mistreatment but oh well. Who has the right to be so rude and uncaring just because you are the manager? Who in the heck gets into argument in an eye vision care store?!

  I have also noticed that a few of the ladies are not very polite and seem to be a tad lazy and sluggish, even what seems like the manager. (Heavyset woman with glasses braces and longer hair) I'm not positive that she is the manager though because its hard to believe she would be in charge with a foul additude like the one I have witnessed more than a handful of times. I go a little farther to the other Walmart, traffic and everything is better than dealing with her over the simplest thing.

  I go there very frequently for my vision care, as well as my son's. I cannot tell you how many times I've had to stand there and watch the female employees finish doing whatever it is they're doing, that is more important than what i am about to pay for! Last week I had enough waiting for the woman to end her conversation with what sounded like a personal one, (on the store phone on the counter) and asked to speak with the manager....well when she did come from the back, SHE WAS ALSO ON HER OWN PHONE ARGUING WITH SOMEONE! Are you kidding me? I had to listen to her conversation with WHOEVER OWES HER MONEY! I've had enough of this disrespect, I will take my business elsewhere ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
