  Store pickup is still a work in progress. I decided to test it out & then found out a customer still has to park and go towards the back of the store behind the photo lab to retrieve the online order. Not a horrible deal breaker though 😉 Going during the daytime is always best when the traffic count is lower & checkout times are always the fastest. I do miss the days of seeing my grandma's friends as dedicated greeters when you walked into Walmart. Now it seems like the people at the front door have too many tasks to really stop and say 'HI' 👋 Other than that, nothing really negative or exceptionally out-of-this-world incredible to say. It's a Walmart🛒🛍️

  It was clean, stocked. Sales associates and front end cashiers could be a little more friendly and smile like they like their jobs. Cashiers in pharmacy are great.

  As far as shopping, this is a good store with a large selection of products and grocery at competitive prices. It can be challenging in finding specific items as many of the display aisles are narrow and tend to be heavily stocked. It is also, at times, difficult to find staff that can help you find things. This store is at a busy traffic location and can be very difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. Be prepared for people to drive fast through the parking lot and cut recklessly between parked cars. Also lots of scattered shopping carts to dodge during peak shopping times. This store is open 24 hours a day so you can plan your shopping experience for a time that suits you. They also have started a pickup service, which I have not used yet, that can accommodate your shopping schedule even more.

  I can never find the products that I need/want. I've even went up front to the main managers. They do not write down what I ask for. They tell me they cannot order. They get whatever comes on the truck. The return dept. Is great. I prefer to go to other stores.

  I can't accurately describe the level of rudeness. Even when explaining policies that make some sense, they can't do it in a respectful manner. When I expressed irritation with her attitude, the customer service rep (Sheila) made a big show of grabbing a manager (I do not recall her name, but she was an assistant manager) for me to complain to. The manager was exasperated from the onset and became openly rude when I became confused concerning a previous exchange. An entire accounting of events would give more insight into the situation, but I'm not going into the whole mess. Suffice it to say, even if policy was on their side, they did not have to deal with it in the gleefully derogatory manner in which they did.
