  We ordered groceries on line and picked them up when they were ready. That was the easiest grocery shopping that we have ever done. They even loaded them in our car. It was great.

  Hardly enough room in the infants department to maneuver a shopping cart. The cosmetics section was dirty, not fully stocked, and some product seals were torn off. The cashiers need to be trained on how not to cough or sneeze onto the merchandise they're ringing up or directly into their hands. Definitely not coming back!

  I figured one rule of working in customer service is if they don't have what you need out front they will at least check the back. My girlfriend and I have been regulars here and have been helped many times with great service but today it seemed like they were under staff which caused problems with helping us find a USBC charger. We asked one the workers to help us find a USBC charger and although they check the front they would not check the back or the cabinets stating those are only apple products. We then asked one of the supervisors for help he said he would send someone to help us check. We waited 15 minutes with no help and finally asked another worker and although they were polite and found us an adapter they would still not check anywhere else. Great service usually, ruined by bad commitment in the electronics department

  Worst customer service I have ever had. Waited at electronics for over an hour. Had multiple people page a Manager or anyone that could help unlock something so I could buy it. After waiting so long I just went a head and ordered it on Amazon. If I could o would have given no stars. Will be contacting there home office and reporting the place. I wouldn't be so mad if it only happened once but it's every time I go to the electronics section it takes forever before I'm helped.

  I was trying to buy two swimming pools for school field day. The guys in the back are like sorry. Customer Service line 20 people deep. Tried calling was on hold 20 minutes no one came. I asked for a manager the gal said she had no radio. I go to buy other groceries 4 lanes open 10 people deep. Once again why do I come here? Hire some people pleaseeeeee
