Again if people are following me about Walmart. They should know. I feel Walmart is a monopoly. They ran all of the other stores out of business. With lower prices and price matching guarantee. They don't do that now. Check your prices when you shop. What you paid two weeks ago. Isn't what your paying today. For the same product. The rest of the world will learn. But I feel we are too late. Strike another victory for China!

Memorial Day weekend starting up. Shoppers filled the store. Prices were right. My watermelon was just $2.72 and the burger buns were a deal. Filled my cart to the brim and headed to the cash registers. Long lines for the 20 machines but wait! They only had just a few checkers...lines forever. My ice cream got soft before I even got to the car. Who did the staffing? Whoever it was they should move or be moved to another line of work. Perhaps Walmart should wake up and pay decent wages for a full staff.

This place is the worst. Very unfriendly staff. When I do have to go in I always use the self checkout to avoid the long lines and rude staff. They seem to have plenty of staff around but only 2-3 lanes open, even at very busy times. If you have to ask for help they have no idea how to help you. I've even had employees just say I don't know and walk away.

Waiting 25 minutes to use the instant photo kiosk. It ran out of paper with the lady in front of me. The lady said she didn’t need to print anymore and she was done. They went to walk away without the employee acknowledging my existence. I asked hey how long to change the paper? She said “ no one knows how to do that” I said excuse me can you just get a manager or someone over here? it just needs the paper changed. And while walking away from me she says “ no, I said no one knows how to do that” Another customer looked at me and just shook her head... The person working the photo department today should be fired. She was terrible and seemed to not know how to do anything. At least move her to a different department if your going to keep her. But teach her some customer service skills would you please? I was also going to purchase a canvas photo for my employees but I guess I’ll just order online from a website. Was also going to do some grocery shopping but was upset. Going to Hyvee from now on. Little further away and more expensive. But it’s worth it to me.

If you decide to shop at this Walmart do not count on management or the majority of their employees being honest with you about inventory. I was looking for a certain toy for my son and the website said they had three of them. I asked a employee in sporting goods first and he told me they had none. The second person I asked was the assistant manager named Joe and he also told me they had none. I didn’t really believe them so I went back to the electronics and asked nice lady working there and she found them in the back room in less than two minutes. I am waiting for over an hour in the store to get the toy I came here for and I am very disappointed that management did not even bother to check for me nor did he apologize when he came back to unlock them. This is why Walmart has such a bad reputation. Good thing I was not a diabetic looking for testing supplies!! All of the credit goes to Kristina in electronics. I wish
