It was like going into a typical Walmart. It was really busy and the check out lanes were busy, I went through the self check lane and the associate working that line didn't seem like he was happy to work these. That really gets on my nerves more than anything is when staff members of a business put little to no effort in being pleasant while you in their establishment spending your money. I honestly felt like it was an inconvenience to check out. Anyways I had no other complaints. Found what I was looking for with ease.

Had to return something. While waiting in line I observed the clerk wearily doing her job. I thought she is so unhappy. I wonder where her smile is. She finished with the folks ahead of me and as soon as I walked up she flashed the most beautiful smile and asked how I was. I felt really special.

Walmart is hard to beat. They have just about everything and their prices are very good. I prefer to shop on their website.

This Wal-Mart never has any riding carts which makes it hard for my mom and I to shop here. The last time we were here on 5/3/18 there were no carts and the one that was out by the doors we were told it didn't work. My question is why if a cart doesn't work is it out for patrons to see? This is a constant no matter what day we go there.

I have shopped at this store for about 5 years. Recently, I started patronizing the Walmart on Yale in the Heights. It's cleaner and has better prices. This store is at the northern end of the MetroRail line and draws a lot of panhandlers. Walmart has gotten better at handling the situation. While the store has improved in the last year, they need to focus on reducing out of stocks and improved merchandise presentation. I had this Walmart rated at three stars, but I have to downgrade to two stars. They have not reduced their out of stocks. In fact, they have increased. As I said before, the Walmart on Yale is a much better choice.
