  Was looking for a printer for more thank 30 min, no one acknowledged me, after doing my research online I found what I was looking for. Self checkout assistance was good though.

  Too many people gathered outside the exit doors. Kids from schools selling their fundraiser items should also be located in one area vs hanging out around the exit blocking customers and creating a massive crowd. It would be nice for every large store to have maps situated throughout the store showing location of different departments and esp the exits. There have been times when I’m at one end and not able to see the overhead dept signs at the other end of the store. Also I’ve had a hard time locating the front of the store or registers and had to wander around until I found an employee to point me in the right correction.

  It was a hot mess at the front end. They shut done self checkout at 1015. Only 4 registers open with about 6 to 10 per line. Came so very close to just leaving my purchases behind. Took me almost 30 minutes to pick up and purchase less than 10 items. I would rather pay more money and get in and out.

  Came in to do my shopping. Been going to this walmart since it opened in the early 2000s . Had a list of items to buy. Went into the beauty section to get make up remover wipes. Threw them into my basket and continued to the next item on the list. The lady in that department stopped me and said I have to buy items in that section before continuing. I asked why and she said it's new store policy. I gave her all the items in my basket and told her I will not be shopping at this store (maybe all Wal-Mart's) anymore. I'm sorry, but having to pay multiple times in one shopping experience, in ONE STORE , is ridiculous! It doesn't stop there. Almost everything else is behind glass and have to get assistance. You just lost a loyal customer. I don't appreciate your shopping experience.
