  Horrible! Called to check that an item was in stock. Put me on hold to check. After almost an hour walked into the store, still on hold, and laid my phone on the counter at customer service with the hold music blaring. Turned out the item was not in stock there. So the only good part is that they checked their other locations for the product. Finally found what I was looking for. But Wow!!! People get to start having pride in their work even if it isn't their dream job. This review will probably do little to nothing. At least this will be up here... hopefully.

  All the staff is friendly. Everyone is working, facing everything, and asking if they can help with anything to customers as they continue to do their job! The front security gentlemen is Awesome! The tall kid that is skinny is quiet and needs to get over himself as security. Our a smile on his face or find another job that makes him happy. 😁 people with animals should NOT be in a food place. With or without medical badges, vests, or collars...etc... Etc. If their animal poops, the owner needs to pick it up not Walmart employees. Have a GRAND DAY! Thank you! F.Y.I. Need to re open Russell as shelves are bare at this Walmart. (Tropicana) Should have left Russell open and closed this one at midnight.

  This Walmart is nice and clean. The security gaurd that was at the door is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The prices are good and the alcohol is very inexpensive. It's located next to a Sam's club so if you have a membership there, you can always get your bulk items after your Walmart shopping. Location is good too.

  Decent place to shop a little rough around the edges some of the Walmart customers are the stereotypical customers. I always have great deals on food and rollback prices. They have great prices on eggs diapers breads and dairy products. Be careful though cuz from what I understand they're stopping there price match program

  UPDATE: Feb. 7, 2018; THANK YOU WALMART EMPLOYEES who had my back tonight when my ex (a very, very bad "man") appeared, unexpectedly, at this Walmart tonight. He shouldn't be anywhere near me, so seeing him made me very upset. Several employees kept an eye out for him as I left the store, and a plain clothes security gentleman escorted me to my truck. The Walmart employees went above and beyond their job duties to help me and I'll always be grateful and will never forget their kindness and compassion. Thank you again, God bless you people. A friendly, hard-working staff makes shopping at this busy Walmart bearable, as I'm not very comfortable in crowded stores. The self-checkout is my preferred choice only because standing in line for a long time is difficult for me. This Walmart has plenty of clean, updated shopping carts as well as motorized carts that are kept up well. Large stores like Walmart, Home Depot, etc. wear me out quickly, but luckily this Walmart is very well organized and I usually find what I need easily. If there's something I can't reach (or find) there's always an employee close by to offer assistance. The customer service desk is staffed with people who have incredible patience and endurance, for they seem to always be busy with a line of 5 or more customers waiting to do business with them. I was happy to see a coin vending machine located within the customer service area where it feels safe and is out of the way of customer traffic.
