::All of the negative reviews of this pharmacy are not exaggerated. Pharmacists and techs alike are either grossly overworked, grossly incompetent, or both. Explanations for why a prescription wasn't filled can change within the same phone call...within 30 seconds even...if you point out that what you were just told makes no sense. I'll be transferring my prescriptions after this month. The savings of a few bucks just isn't worth it.

::Except for The pharmacist and one other technicien,both are overworked and courteous,the rest are Rude,Concieted,hostile ,and incompetent They act like they are doing you a favor,dare to ask twice and they will be fuming Something is wrong in this pharmacy. The one at the cashier will ruin your day in less than 10 seconds. I came from the north and the Walmart pharmacy in Elk Grove was the friendliest ,most helpful and prompt in notifying its customers. Unbelievable pharmacy at Shawline ,San Diego. I am transferring to another pharmacy,can't handle the aggrevation. If one is not chronically sick,these people are for sure gonna get you.
