::This store has some of the most IGNORANT employees and management I have ever seen. If you're lucky 3 lines are open at any given time....when there should be many many more. I have had horrible experiences at the money center, the service desk, and god forbid you ask a wandering employee in the sotre anything. It's never THEIR department. Recently i bought an egift card and sent it to my brother to use. Cashier was too dumb to make it work and then the MANAGER in charge came over and said they dont accept them. Bullchit dude its a walmart giftcard bought at walmart for walmart. You are too technologically stupid to figure it out. I assumed management at least could keep up wit hthe times. anyhoot.... i used it a few minutes later at a different walmart close to my house....where the lowly little cashier knows how to do things the manager at Richmond Rd. can handle. This store is dirty and ran poorly and if it doesnt change it will close down soon. It isnt a super center and is on its last leg. Put it out of its misery. It's not worth it!
