Horrible service went in there 3 different occasions. I went in on a Thursday and the lady said I should have called, should have done this and that, making me feel horrible about myself and that I messed something up. I then called in my prescriptions Friday again to hopefully get it processed through. They sent me text messages on Tuesday FINALLY stating my prescriptions were ready. I go in and they waste thirty minutes of my life while I stand there and wait for them to figure out my insurance. I then was told they would not give me my medication nor could I just pay cash for it because they can’t process it. There was nothing wrong with my insurance and they were completely rude and unhelpful. Don’t tell someone their stuff is ready when it isn’t and consume their time because you don’t know how to take care of your business on your end. Thanks for causing more stress on people, horrible customer service.

I frequently use this pharmacy and have had nothing but the best service. The staff is friendly and helpful and have taken care of a number of issues for me, including transfer of prescription, cost analysis, and contacting my prescriber for refills. Certainly a separate entity from the rest of the Roseville Walmart. I think the people leaving poor reviews would receive better service if they had a little patience, tact, and understanding of pharmaceutical law and regulation.

Rude service. I only go here because it's the. cheapest. The service is not good.

The woman helping me was completely exhausting. She didn't listen, was slow and by the time we were done I gave up and left. Over a simple transfer of prescription.

Went in to buy Insulin and some needles. Was treated like a heroin addict. First they wouldn't sell me the needles. So I told the pharmacist "You are forcing me to REUSE my old needles." Her response in front of several people was "Thats not going to work. When they make drugs legal, we'll sell them to you." Even though I have a prescription on file. Later only after finding out I JUST BOUGHT two vials of insulin she allowed me to buy a ten pack of needles. Not the ENTIRE BOX which the prescription calls for.
