  Yesterday (Thursday) a woman called me from the pharmacy asking if I will be picking up my prescriptions that had been there for a week. I just moved into a new house so between that and work, I haven't had the time. Told her I would be there by Saturday at the latest, she said that's fine. Then apparently she refunded it so I went today (Friday) to pick it up and I couldn't. The tech informed me it was in a bin behind him, but it hadn't been checked in so I can't pick it up. They will not start checking the orders in for another 13 minutes. Honestly I have no idea why I continue to use Walmart as a pharmacy. 75% of the time I get sent away... EDIT: Fun fact, while I'm typing this, I get a text saying it's ready. I was there 40 minutes ago

  I don’t normally go out of my way to leave a bad review because let’s face it, people are usually more inclined to leave bad reviews versus good reviews. If there was a zero star rating it’d get it in a heartbeat. I had to transfer from a CVS due to my employer switching companies and CVS not working with the new insurance. Simple enough, I’m sure it happens to many people. So I signed up for their text messages and linger around the store for a bit. After two hours I decide to check on the prescription. I was told it would be about another hour and they were making the call right then. Two hours to make a transfer call that took the guy 4 minutes? I said it’d have been nice to know that two hours ago and I get the excuse “When we check them we call at our convenience” AKA we don’t care right now. I get these places get busy but it wasn’t until I raised a fuss that they even called. Whatever operation VJ is running it’s one of the worst I’ve seen.

  I have been using walmart pharmacy for a little less than a year. Sadly, the only real reason I go to them is bc I stopped using the local CVS(poor customer service and always behind), transferred to the local Walgreens who happen to stop taking our insurance and being forced to use Wal-Mart. With that being said, the pharmacy at this walmart lacks in a lot of areas. I've held my comments until now...1) most, if not all, the workers at this pharmacy come off as rude, not friendly. Always seem like the customers are an inconvenience and none of them ever smile, not that that's imparitive but they walk around like pissed off zombies. 2) Every time I go to pick up my order, it's never ready when it says it will be. Today the woman behind the counter said "don't use the automated line if you NEED your prescription today, call in" Again, I held my tongue but I honestly wanted to go off on the innocent girl. I just don't understand why they constantly push us to use the automated line instead of calling in and then say the opposite. The automated line said it would be ready at 5:45pm, they close at 6. I show up and am told not to pick up until the next day after 1pm. What was the purpose of calling in my order?! A wasted trip and another day my son has to go without his medicine bc walmart pharmacy can't get their ish together! I understand a courteous call can't be made to everyone but a courtesy text would've been nice. Speaking of which, they never utilize their text system to let me know when my scripts are ready even though I am signed up to receive them. 3) several times they've confused my current insurance with my old insurance and telling me I dont have coverage when I do. This is frustrating and embarrassing to happen bc there isnt much privacy to discuss these matters since walmart is a large grocery and retail store so everything usually has to be talked about in front of others. I'm just extremely disappointed in the pharmacy at this walmart and can not recommend coming here. I would have to recommend trying another walmart or even another pharmacy altogether. I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews and rarely do I do so but felt I needed to write this one, sorry for the book.

  My son had a double ear infection and our regular pharmacy was out of his prescription. I was able to work with VJ, Rhonda and another young lady were able to transfer the prescription, correct the dosage and get us on our way all within less than 30 minutes before they closed. They are amazing and a total lifesaver!!

  Zero stars! Awful. I went to go pick up my baby's medicinal diaper rash cream. Keep in mind my husband and I are broke right now. Literally only have $10 for the rest of the week and has to go to gas. I ask if they take discount cards the older redneck, miss.Toothless with the long grey wire like hair. Looks at me and says in a rude are you kidding me way " it's ONLY 4 dollars". She needs to be fired! She had no idea how much money we had and refused to even try to give us a discount...
