  This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my 38 years on the planet. I have posttraumatic stress disorder from serving multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I was treated as though I was some sort of criminal when all I did was try to fill my medicine that was verified multiple times by my doctor. The pharmacist up there needs to be fired immediately. I’m sorry that it’s an inconvenience that some of us veterans are prescribed controlled substances. It’s not our fault. And it should not be taken out on us. Her name is Mrs. Fong. And I’ll continue this battle until she finds a new place to work. Please avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Have a fantastic day!

  best pharmacy I have beento in all 48 yrs of my life and yes you may have to wait longer than you think that you have to but you need to realize that they are working with thousands different types of people in a day as in the new prescriptions and refills and over the counter customers besides the ones that can write out prescriptions and all different types of insurance companies and payments of insurance companies and payments of the customers. And sometimes fax and phone calls don't always go though when they should. also sometimes computers shut down. But the pharmacy employees are very helpful and friendly and i have never seen them with out a smile on there face . And I know there jobs have to be stressful . But there for your needs. Thanks Crowley Walmart Pharmacy Staff I think ur awesome keep up the great work.

  Usually fast and efficient. One special order did not come in on time but they found the prescription nearby and it was ready when I got there.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE! Honestly the worst service I have experienced in a long time. It was not just one employee either, I had to deal with multiple employees and I will never go back. The first lady to help me, she was supposed to check and see that they had my prescription. She said they did and then she got everything set up, told me it would take 30 minutes and then I should get a text that my prescription was ready. 3 hours later I call up there and they tell me that they will not have my medicine until Thursday. Which the current day was Tuesday. I asked her if she could find out if the local walmart in the next city had the medicine. She said she would call me back and let me know and here it is, the next day and I still have not heard anything from them. I will always go to Kroger. NEVER walmart.
