  This is my SECOND day come back here. Only to get the same results as I did on my first. Yesterday I came in, and wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged by the receptionist. Once I finally got her attention, I asked her how long it would be to get my drug test done and she said she couldn’t give me an estimate. I spoke with someone over the phone and they told me 15 mins. After waiting 45 mins, I had to leave to make it to work on time. As I go to front desk to ask for my id back because I had to go, they’re reply is, “we were just about to call you but ok.” So I come back today, EXTRA early. I sat in waiting room by myself for an entire hour and wasn’t called back. Then 2 ppl come in, and they are both called back within 10 mins. I go to front desk and ask what their waiting policy is and was told that patients come first. I then informed her that I had been waiting for an hour before anyone got here and she says, “there’s a process. You can come back tomorrow.” That was laughable. Come back tomorrow to experience the same thing that I have the past 2 days? This place is RIDICULOUS and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Now, I am going to be late for work AGAIN. I have been here for an hour and a half. Today is my last day that I will be able to take my test for the company requesting it so I have to stay. Save yourselves all the headache and time and do not bother coming to this location. They don’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Just HORRIBLE! 20 minutes after writing this review, the lady, Meridith, comes out to say their internet, machine, or whatever it is they needed to do the drug screen wasn’t working!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!

  I tried to call and make an appointment and was on hold for 8 minutes. I decided to do a walk-in and there were only 2 people in the lobby. I asked how long was the wait for walk-in and this young lady with glasses at the window says we can see you at 6pm. Mind you I was there at 2:20 pm. She didn’t want to take walk-in and was very rude about. These Walmart advertise that these Clinics hang their hat on walk-ins. Well not this place! They need more training on customer service and respect!
