  The manager Rick denied to take 2 of my coupons he was so rude and his customer service was very poor as well. Wal-Mart is a big business store and needs to have better managers. He also mention this. Saying there was another girl who wanted to use coupons but i didnt let her use them. Im so disapointed of the bad service. Brandi the cashier she was such a nice person very helpful and she treat me so well. Thanks girl.

  I only go there is I have to always crowed and long lines. I use the buy it on line and pick it up in the back and he or so later. That is the best way. But parting still stinks

  This Wal-Mart needs a good cleaning & better customer service!!! They should also try stocking the shelves once & awhile as well!!! You can't buy what you need with bare shelves people!!! This is not the first time I've encountered problems getting what I needed!!!

  Have called the pick up department for my order. I have been put to hold for 30 minutes and never been answered. I called again today the same Bad experience never get to talk to anybody or never been helped. The customer service cannot find a manager to answer issue. I will NEVER make any business with them esp pick up orders. This happened at Wal-Mart 201 Nellis and Charleston branch. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOUSY.

  Worst Walmart Ever! My daughter and I were trying out a blouse and it didn’t fit my daughter, the employee told her to get a stretchi shirt better or to get on a diet that way she can fit 8nto their clothes. My daughter isn’t even over weight. Who says that to a child? Everyone there looks and acts like they don’t want to be working, worst place ever!
