  The staff was super friendly, and in this neighborhood the employees definitely deal with all sorts! LoL So the fact that every employee i saw had a smile on there face is awesome!

  We just got done having the best shopping experience this store! We always buy our fabric here and today Willard was the associate who helped us. He was so kind and thoughtful! His machine kept breaking but it didn’t ruin his thoughtfulness in helping my daughter and me. The department manager Lindsay keeps this area so organized, every time we come we get great material! Everyone at this store is always friendly and kind, it is a special group of people!

  Terrible customer service. Went in to buy a sterilite small 3 drawer unit I needed that day which I had seen on their website for about $5. In store their price was nearly $10. I went to the registers to pay and was told the total. I politely said to the cashier that their website said something different and she rudely said “Total is 9.97” without acknowledging anything I said. So I again tell her their own website sells it for cheaper. I show her on my phone and she sighed annoyed and then proceeded to press a button on her register (assumed she called for a manager). We waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to show up, and in this time this lady never said a word to us. By the time the manager arrived she only asked the cashier what was up, and since the cashier didn’t make it clear that I had found the item for a lower price online, the manager went to look in the same spot I found it the product in their store. She came back saying the price was $9.97. I told her it was a different price online, and she laughed in annoyance and told me I should have said so before. This lady didn’t ask, never even acknowledged us! So I show her the same thing I showed the cashier, and she proceeded to tell me I had to update the location to theirs. She ended up refusing the price match and walking off without giving us a chance to say anything else or without asking if she could help with anything else.. I don’t know if it’s in walmart’s policy to refuse price matches ONLINE based on their store locations but if I could give this store no stars as a review, I would. These two employees were incredibly rude and wasted my time.

  I was in the area and decided to stop by this particular Walmart. Im so glad I did. This Walmart is clean and organized. From the first employee to the last employee that I came across was so friendly and helpful. Each department was stocked up and I didn't need to ask for anything to be pulled from the back stock.

  A lot of people go to Walmart. I usually always go, but I’m second guessing walking into this one again. The claw machine and the snow mobile next to it in the “arcade” area were both broken and ate our coins. We got them back after waiting in the customer service line. Than as I was checking out. The cashier took tissue papers out of a purse I bought as a gift! I should have said something... it kept the purse full and when I got home it was flat and bent. The tissue is part of the product. Just rude of her honestly. I shouldn’t expect much from Walmart, but come on!
