  They have their good and bad days bread is sometimes stale. Meats are sometimes old. The new employees don’t know what a hot chocolate is or a hazelnut coffee

  The OLD place before renovation I definitely wasn’t a fan of. The NEW place is clearly under different manangement. The place is VERY clean, up to date and a nice spacious seating area. I had a Taylor ham , egg and cheese on an everything bagel it was delicious !! I will be returning !!!

  This place is okay. It smells in there and not of food. Save this place as a last resort. Place closed down... it happens when you suck at making breakfast... its hoing through a makeover and new management... i hope it turns out better than before!

  Good bagels but the older guy who works there should work on customer service skills. Placed a large order two days before the pick up but the guy behind the counter didn't know about it so he gave me some attitude. Fortunately, another guy (the one who actually accepted my order over the phone) intervened and confirmed my order. With so many bagels stores in the area I will be taking my business somewhere else.

  Enjoy this place! Had a multi grain bagel with veggie cream cheese and a really good cup of coffee. Impressive choice of bagel flavors. Going to place a catering order with them for the office. Can't wait to see the new place where we'll be able to sit down and enjoy right there!
