Just canceled WSJ after 11 years with the paper. Noting it has been going down hill with its quality reporting as example the recent "trashy" article on Trump allegedly paying off a porn actress to cover up a sexual encounter prior to running in 2016. "You're not in Kanas anymore" with this newspaper.

The WSJ Is a corrupt and desperate news outlet that cannot find anything good to report. They have currently been spending their days trying to demonetize and destroy the lives of countless Yotuber's. Whats even worse is that they CHARGE you to read their articles.

WSJ used to be 100% reliable. I travel for work and have had occasion to stop delivery and one address and begin at another address for months at a time. They were customer friendly ,fast and efficient. When I returned to my address in Northern California last week the paper was to have been switched to this address. I have received two papers since last Thursday I contacted customer service on Wednesday. "Jackie" apologized extended my service for the non delivery days and advised me that they would contact the local delivery service to correct the problem. When I received no paper on Thursday. I used the "Live Chat" line. I was once again told that they would contact the local delivery service . When I had no paper today, Friday I called Customer Service and spoke to "Josh". He advised me that they would extend my subscription by another day and notify the local vendor. I reminded the young man that I had already been told that twice this week.. He told me "All we can do is contact the local delivery service" Since the initial recording said "this call may be recorded for training purposes" I specifically asked him to confirm that the Wall Street Journals policy was that all they could do is contact the vendor again . He said "Yes" and they would do that. I told that I expect that since the vendor locally works for them, not me. For the recording I told him that I hoped someone would listen to this conversation. I advised him that I teach a Graduate course on Competency Measurement in Organizations using the Workforce Scorecard model . I think someone at WSJ understands the wisdom and reality of customer service as a strategic driver of business success. Considering the reputation of the Journal and my own prior experience with the organization this most recent failure is disappointing. I hope they recover and my paper shows up again.

Money hungry journalism that does everything just to get their articles read, even through bad reputation. Take a popular person/topic write something absolutely shady with no background information and take single words or sentences completely out of context, write whole stories, plural, about that topic. Get readers! Even negativ reputation is reputation! 2 Stars for the brilliant way to get any reputation at all. You're still going down with that old fashioned media of yours and your half-assed journalism.

I'm really disappointed with the way WSJ do business. They are dishonest and present stories while leaving out context and information. In result you get a narrative that's just not accurate, reasonable or fair. Instead of doing objective and accurate journalism they resort to low-hanging fruit and juicy titles to grab attention and suggest controversy. The way they misconstrue people is an insult to the profession of journalism. The profession of journalism is dead and has become a game of clicks and revenue. WSJ have no integrity or honour.
