::DO NOT do any business with these people. I called for repair on my refrigerator and told Tim I do not speak Spanish. He outsourced my job to a man named Roberto Almonte who did not speak ONE word of English. He said he changed the relay and overload and spoke to Tim about the price. He quoted me $425!!!. I paid cash and did not get a receipt from Roberto. I told Roberto to call Tim about receipt and he did. Tim spoke to me and reiterated $425 and asked me for my email. He told me he was sending me my receipt as well as a two year warranty on the part(s). I received NADA! The refrigerator was not working as before and I called Tim so many times, left messages and he did not respond. He picked up the phone once and hung up on me when I spoke. I have Roberto on my security system "fixing" my refrigerator. I called Roberto to inform him refrigerator had same issue, freezer not cold enough, and he said he'd return next day. I called Tim again and after another unknown number of calls he picked up. As I started to say my name he said, "I know who you are." He was obviously purposely ducking my calls. He told me that I did not hear the correct price of $225 and asked me if I had received my receipt. I told him no, because you didn't send it. There was no misunderstanding of the price. I researched the changed part and they can both be bought for under $80. I worked for an electronic parts replacement years ago, can read schematics and am very knowledgeable about this work. I informed him of this. He said he would send me a new itemized bill with the warranty as well as pay me back the overcharge. I informed him refrigerator still as broken as before. I received NOTHING. He said he would send someone on Saturday because Friday is a holiday. I had someone else call for service and they were working. Another lie. Saturday no one showed. On Friday Roberto came on his own volition to try to fix the problem and changed the timer. He left. Refrigerator still not working. I called all day Saturday, left messages on answering machine as well as phone service and no response. Roberto told me to buy a new refrigerator and I told him to give me back my $425 because the refrigerator was still not working. I am disabled and unable to afford one right now. I told him that and he would speak to Tim. No response. I filed a complaint with the BBB, Consumer Affairs, the attorney general and this is my second negative review about how this "business" operates. I asked to speak to the owner through the service and no one available. I asked to speak to anyone available to resolve this issue, no response. I finally got a signed receipt from the serviceman Tim sent for my $425. I will pursue this matter whom whatever agency or legal means necessary. PLEASE do not find yourself in my shoes. Go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of trouble. Tim, I hope God returns to you twofold what you spit into the wind. You must be a very desperate, miserable creature to take advantage of customers like this. Tim, give me back my $425, thief!
