::As courteous, pleasant and helpful as a hardware store can be! Add the incredible inventory, assistance, and knowledge about Lionel trains and I never want to leave!!! I keep returning with my grandson who can spend hours looking, selecting and comparing to our own set up. Great place and wonderful patient assistance.

::Before I get started I want to make it clear I'm reviewing them as a Lionel dealer. I bought some ice melt there recently (which was cool because everywhere else just had rock salt) but outside of that I really don't know if their tools/hardware items are good or not. I'm assuming they are. I really enjoy going there because I know that I can sell my stuff there and be out real quick, while still getting a decent price for them. The guy there is willing to tell you whether he wants something or not right away, rather than hunting down somebody else. I was also pleasantly surprised with the amount of selection they had there considering the trains only took up half the store. They DO move stuff around a lot though (I'm assuming because there's not too much room and they don't have a choice) and their shelves go all the way from the ground to eye level so you're probably going to have to crawl around awhile to see everything. I'm not knocking them for doing that (I am giving them 5 stars after all), I just want whoever reads this to be aware that it takes awhile to see all their stuff. I like it better that way honestly, I'd rather them have more stuff than a pleasant floor layout.
