  Improving with the added space of the new store. Hoping this will lead to better product choices and lower pricing too. Friendly staff improvments lately also.

  I LOVE THE NEW STORE MORE NICER AND CLASSIER AND CONNECTED TO THE SKYWAY AND THE PHARMACY IS OPEN ON MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 7AM -7PM AND ALSO ON SATURDAYS FROM 9AM -5PM WOOT WOOT HELLZ YEAH BABIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO A 2 FLOOR STORE WITH ELEVATORS AND ESCALATORS

  Great upgrade. It's a nice addition to downtown Saint Paul. Walgreen's is now accessible by skyway and with the rest of the former Macy's building coming online, we now have reconnected the skway loop between the World Trade Center and the rest of the skyway.

  I would rate this lower then 1 star if possible. I called this morning and spoke to a manager named Michelle. I asked her what her policy was on handling debit and credit cards, and verifying the identity of the person using the card. She says people are supposed to ask but it does not happen all of the time. I explained to her that someone had used my card and spent 250 dollars on it. Her response was oh. Not I am so sorry, what can I do to help. She said nothing like that. I am not sure how someone like that can be in a position of power with those kind of customer service skills
