  5 stars for the update. Very upset with the phone etiquette. My doctor sent my prescription to cvs but they no longer accept my insurance so I decided to transfer to Walgreens which I normally don't have any problems with. They said to call Walgreens and that I would need to only provide my name and d.o.b. That they would call and have it transferred. When I called Walgreens, not only was he rude and impatient he told me he couldn't do anything without cvs' phone number or prescription name and numbers. I told him I didn't have that info since it went straight from the doctor to the cvs. So I ended the call, had to call cvs, then call Walgreens back again. Got the same rude guy and I told him I didn't know the name but did have a number. I was so put off and to top it, he said it would be over an hour to fill! I'm so irritated 😤! UPDATE: I went in and talked to the pharmacy manager and was informed that the person I spoke with was at a call center, not the actual Walgreens. She totally made up for everything the dude did and was so kind! Sometimes it helps to talk it out with the management!

  They tried to give my mom Ritallin for my 3 year old sister, without confirming anything. I've also had an unpleasant experience here, and an extremely long wait.. Won't come back guys

  I don't understand any bad reviews about this Walgreens. Since we moved to this area, they handle all of our prescription needs and are very very thorough, helpful, fast and friendly. I also love the staff in the rest of the store-they are nice and very helpful. It's a 24 hour store, and we couldn't be happier that we live close to the best Walgreens we've ever shopped at!

  Prescriptions slow to fill. Drive through is always backed up so I go inside. Line inside is always long with only one person at registers.
