  Always full people poor customer service always a big line to pick uo medicine sick people dont like to wait 20 m to get service thanks God we are going to have another pharmacy in the neighborhood all good reviews probably from family members because this the worst Walgreens i dont know if because of management or short staff or because is located in the central el paso

  The employees are very friendly there! They are always looking around, making sure that there customers are satisfied! Best experience ever!!!!!!

  Was on hold with pharmacy for 25 minutes only to be hung up on then called again and same thing. Very bad service

  I've had bad experiences with the pharmacy. They screw up your order and blame it on your insurance company. You might need to go in several times just to get one prescription taken care of. They hire people who lack basic math skills and who cannot listen to you and process information that you provide to them. Then when they realize they made a mistake instead of being professional and apologizing they just say your prescription was not clear. I only went back there recently because my hospital's pharmacy was out of the supply that I needed but it ended up being a huge hassle so I do not plan on using this Walgreen's again.
