::I HOPE CORPORATE IS READING THIS REVIEW, NO ONE IS ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY. The people at this place is very unprofessional and do not care about the customers. I talked to manager Adam of a critical problem problem that I had with the pharmacy being out of stock when I am on automatic reorder. No one apologized for this inconvenience. Adam gave me the impression that he did not want to talk to me and kept giving me excuses "that this is not a perfect world" and why it is ok that the product is out of stock when they have a sophisticated POS system. The problem is not with Walgreen the company the problem is the this location. This begins with the management (Adam). Adam is cocky and arrogant and do not have people skills. He does not deserve the role of a manager. Again, no one apologized, The pharmacy is no longer 24 hours and close at 9pm. I chose Walgreen for the convenience of the 24 hour pharmacy otherwise I would choose CVS. Look at the negative reviews. Nevertheless, I had to go to another Walgreens at 901 S Rancho Dr #20 to fix the problem. Everyone at that location was top notched and professional. The secondary Walgreens location fixed the problem that the Walgreens at Tropicana and Decatur created. The management need to be replaced, The employees needs to be restrained at Walgreens, 4905 W Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Manager Adam needs to be fired.

::There were about 15 people in line, manager opens the other cash register so we start to walk over and he said "don't be walkin' out of line, get back." I threw our stuff down on the counter and we walked out. It wasn't bad service, it was confrontational and it was coming from the manager! We will NEVER go there again!
