  In the store (excluding pharmacy) ... the cashiers and floor staff and managers are always not only pleasant but freely offer physical assistance to those of us who have disabilities ... always a smile on both their face as well as mine Well stocked ... organized and always spotlessly clean

  The pharmacy at this store is easily the best in DTLA. Super helpful and friendly pharmacists and staff. An 11 out of 10. Unfortunately, the rest of the store is the exact opposite. Long lines, items (particularly sale items) out of stock, unhelpful front clerks.

  The worst customer experience. The cashier didnt say Hello or Good bye. Seems that she doesnt care at all. Never come here again

  Until recently this was MY "go-to" alterantive to Rite-Aid. There have been a few changes to the staff, leaving lot to the imagination in terms of any sense of urgency. I see 3 is announced when 6 are seen, and help shows after 9 customers are waiting. Tatiana and one of the daytime security guys get along great, as after watching for 2 minutes, I inconveniently interrupted their conversation for help in cosmetics; Not just to check out, but to unlock a display case/product. I pleaded for assistance, but Tatiana said, "Yeah, she needs to announce helps needed overhead", as the 1 cashier from the front was announcing a third time, "I see 3". There were 10. Plus I was in Tatiana's face with hands full of goods, begging for help. I left everything & rolled the 🎲 at Rite-Aid. At least you're waiting there b/c they are truly busy juggling madness.

  Very helpful and courteous employees. Nicely stocked store.
