  Following up for a prescription that should have been filled several weeks ago. Have tried to have filled several times with message that “We will let you know when rx is ready.” Called again today to see what was going on since we haven’t heard anything and pharmacist said that the manufacturer was no longer making this drug. So I asked if we could get a substitute and was told that I have to go back to my doctor. “Last time the pharmacist was able to call for me and get substitute, so why not now?” I ask. Was told she can’t call Saturday because doctors office is closed, I get that..., but why can’t follow up be completed Monday? Sad with Walgreens communication and customer service. Literally months without rx now, wants us to pay for another doctors visit because they don’t want to follow up for substitute, and no communication about manufacturer no longer making drug until multiple calls over multiple weeks.

  Very good and fast service .. I dropped off my wife prescription, They told me I can wait for it to pick it up, within less than 5 minutes, they were calling me to pick my wife medicine. Great service, opens 24 hour.

  This Pharmacy is disorganized and unprofessional. The first thing i saw was a lady laughing and roaming about a lost prescription. The pharmacist wouldn't fill the prescription and said "I'm sorry but I cant do anything, you have to come tomorrow". I informed them I had to have it or we would end up in ER ...After multiple attempts it finally went through. Finally get my prescription and he missed one. Pharmacist argued that they were correct and wouldnt listen. I listed the three names off multiple times and he kept insisting. I then said you know and inhaler then they realized their mistake that they scanned my papers in wrong. Overall over an hour later (only was supposed to wait 20 minutes) I finally got it all.

  They are by far the BEST pharmacy! Great customer service and they are very professional and courteous. I switched to them and the best decision I made. Thank you Walgreens!!!
