  You would think they would be a little more discreet if they're gonna follow black customers around. I was followed to the band aids (in the back of the store) then another employee was looking into my basket and blatantly staring at me while I was getting juice. I gave her the usual stank face and she went back up to the register. There was another black customer in the store who when she went to the register was accused of stealing and was told to empty her purse in front of 4 other customers in line. I try to give this place a pass but after last night, I'm fed up with the bs!

  I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for almost two years now and I’ve never had a problem with them. The pharmacist, Trevor, is awesome and the blonde lady (sorry I forgot her name) behind the counter is always friendly, jovial and helpful.

  They had my prescription ready within 30 minutes of my doctor sending it to them during rush hour! There was a little issue with my insurance not going through and they fixed it for me in a jiff. Just awesome!

  Store is always very clean, which I like. Also they have a pleasant place to sit back by the pharmacy if you come with a walk in prescription. Front of store checkout is good most of the time but can be slow or even completely unmanned occasionally. The pharmacists are nice, but I have several prescriptions and sometimes one is ready and another is not because they are unable to figure out my refill schedule, causing me to make multiple trips back to get all my meds. They just shortened the pharmacy hours, which I am also not happy about. My only other criticism is regarding the phone reminders. The automated system is relentless, sometimes calling me multiple times a day to come pick up my meds.

  Customer service is horrible at this location. I purchased an item that happened to ring up as 90% off without knowing and the employee refused to honor me the price. Instead of saying it nicely that she couldn't honor me the price, she raised her voice stating "That's not the price, that can't be the price, i need to tell the manager, hold up!" While shaking her head constantly and making a scene. I felt embarassed in front of other customers and employees. I felt like I was at fault for buying an item that I didn't know would ring up as 90%off. The manager was notified and wouldn't come up to speak to me personally, she told the employee to tell me that they cannot honor the price. As a manager, I would have customers satisfaction in mind and would make sure every customers is happy with their purchase. However, that was not this manager's goal as the leader of this store. I was unhappy and wanted to speak with the manager. Once I did, the manager just bluntly said "sorry, I can't honor that price" and got back to replenishing her inventory. This shows that restocking the store is more important to this individual (who has a management role) than serving their customers. She refused to offer any type of small discount on the item. Walgreens is all about customers satisfaction but I'm not getting any type of customer service at this location.
