  please. PLEASE. Tell me why your pharmacy is so terrible. Why, every time I call because you always say my insurance has an issue (spoiler: it doesn't) you put me on hold for 10 minutes then PICK UP AND THEN HANG UP???? WHY? PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDICATION.

  Open 24 hours. Great staff, Addie is my favorite cashier there. Store is always clean with plenty of parking. Has a pharmacy drive thru. Nice locale, on the corner of 36th Avenue and Coral Way

  The store on 36 ave SW and coral way has the WORST customer service ive ever incountered... first if you try to verify if a prescription is ready the phone rings for over 25 minutes and then when you think you're getting through they disconnect you. I actually drove from Doctor's Hospital all the way there and no one answered the phone all the way till I got to the register when I complained to the salesperson I was quote on quote told can't you see how busy we are like how dare I complain. Then she hands me my medications and says ...their goodbye.... basically trying to get rid of me because I specifically said I was going to complain. I could not find one manager there to complain to it was just horrible... might I add that on a previous visit I needed to buy my mother's kidney medications which was not covered by the insurance I was charged $480 for a 30 day supply when I inquired at a different Pharmacy for the same milligrams and the same 30 days I was charged $98 this definitely looks like price gouging to me

  I have been a customer here for a very long time. There could be 15 people in line and you can bet only one register will be open; while most employees are just walking around chatting or restocking. Cashiers fail to call for backup almost every single time. Managers could care less either. You could legit be there 20 min just trying to check out with one beverage, while to them its just business as usual. Staff can also sometimes be unprofessional as well; often yelling across the floor to each other while youre paying like its nothing. Not good.

  I’ve never dealt with so much consistent incompetence and horrific service in my life. I have no idea where Walgreens finds these people to run a pharmacy but it is a nightmare every time. Not only do I call the number and speak to a pharmacist and the help line to guarantee my prescription is ready before I come, even giving them several days, but I also wait for the text and call that my prescription is ready. Is it ever ready when I get there? No. Does anyone working there care? No. I even explained this to the pharmacist the last time and he not only didn’t apologize but said they don’t even have my medication anywhere nearby and wouldn’t be able to get it until “maybe next week.” UNREAL!!!!
