    Tiffany needs to be fired. First and foremost her position is a CUSTOMER SERVICE representative. To just walk off from a customer is unacceptable. She's acting like she is selling gold,bish you work at WALGREENS.

    The racist employee, Tiffany should be fired. For calling the police on a black customer who only wanted to smell the cologne from the display case before he bought some. I also blame Denver police for enabling her. Walgreens should be ashamed.

    Ive been coming to this store at least 5 times a week for 2 years now. The service has never really been the greatest. There are a couple employees there that I enjoy seeing on a regular basis, a couple employees that haven't given me eye contact in 2 years. Customer service is hit or miss but, the convenience is what counts. Tonight, I had the most horrendous experience there. Im not sure who this new manager is in there but, she is quite possibly the rudest human I've encountered in awhile. Not only was she letting the ship sink with having only one cashier and simply trying delegate instead of take action, with a line that stayed about 6 or 7 deep for about 15 minutes, she thought it was necessary to comment to the whole line about how we are all shopping last minute. It was 940pm. You close at 10. I've walked in at 950 to grab a quick milk and cookies countless times and greeted with a smile.Then she decides screaming across the place at the poor girl trying to hop on a register and help was good idea. (She was getting on a register with out a drawer, could have been handled way more professionally) then this rude woman decided at 945 she was going to lock the front door and play gate keeper while vacuuming and not making any effort to move the cord out of the way. She rudely yelled at me for trying to walk out the door she wasn't blocking. Then unhappily unlocked the door and slide it open. I told her to politely have a good night and she responded with a "please leave" and slammed the door behind me. As I'm leaving a gentleman tried entering and she yelled at him, it was absolutely ridiculous. I have to say, my business is going else where till I see that girl is gone. Ive never been treated so poorly in an establishment, than me and the dozen others there, were treated tonight. I really hope im not the only one to complain about this woman. As someone who is apart of a managment team for one of the tops 5 biggest businesses in the state in the service industry. Just one of her actions this evening would have had her out of a job in my world. She can not get away with acting like she did this evening. You have cameras in there. I suggest you check out how the last 20 minutes of your evening went. I can't imagine a corporation like yours being too happy with a manager chasing away customers at the front door during business hours. Where are the happy faces in your ads??? This place is right out my back gate, its a shame I, or anybody else for that matter, has to deal with it.

    It took almost 15 minuets of me waiting in line before they called me next, there was only one person a head of me. When I was finally seen they said they could not find my information in their system they went to get help and onther lady said that it was just faxed over give us about 15 minuets. A hour later a walk to the desk again itโ€™s now a 3 Associate to myself ratio I wasnโ€™t help until about 5 minuets of standing there an I was when itโ€™s done we will come get you. Getting my medicine was like going to the DMV horrible experience. As I was leaving the cashier was nice an the store was in wonderful condition, pharmacy needs a lot of work.

    Everyone here has always been super nice and helpful. My prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be. The walgreens app notifies me when they are ready for pick-up and frequently it's even quicker than what they estimate. This is definitely my pharmacy of choice. It helps that the pharmacist is really pretty.
