  Manager was following me around like im about to steal something I had my whole check in my pocket and was just looking around I don't like being stereotyped or treated that way

  I ordered a photo book at 4:00 pm and it said it would be ready by 5:45 and I went into the store at 8:00 pm and it was still not ready. The helper was very rude, didnt speak to me, and gave me no reason why it was not ready except for the technician was on "lunch break". I do not recommend going to this branch I am furious. It was a very special gift and it wasnt ready in TIME!!!! I am crying. He was also demeaning and made me feel very uncomfortable.

  I dont want to give themany starts but that's not an option I guess. I am a regular at this Walgreens. I have never been this disrespected before. Til tonight. And because Rick "the dick" and some associate named hilda. I literally walked into Walgreens and went straight to the make up. I had 3 kids with me and a friend. Who was keeping his eyes on the boys. I was trying to find the right shade of foundation and when I looked up, rick the dick was very rudly staring at us. So my friend told him nicely, I feel uncomfortable do you mind. He was rude and everything that came out of his mouth was a smart ass comment. My friend asked him "why, now I'm feeling harassed I don't see you acting this way with anyone else, are you rasist?" He then said maybe. Get out. Your kids keep messing up our aisle. Like seriously. I was so heated I tried to record but I couldn't get my phone to work so I just acted like I was. The 2 times that I pulled my phone out to act like i was recording he changed his act real quick. I told him I was going to call corporate and exited. I went back in with my friend who was waiting in the car to show her exactly where I was and to show THE KIDS DID NOT MESS UP THE DAMN ASILE. And we went to ask for his name again. And she asked him why he decided to act like an ass. I have a $75 gift card that I was planning on spending on MAKEUP and he decided to kick us out for no reason... oh and get this he tried saying (when we went back in there) that's this "hilda" lady followed us threw the store for 20 mins picking up after the kids..... 20 MINS!! SERIOUSLY!? WOOOW... WE LITERALLY WENT IN THERE, WENT STRAIGHT TO THE MAKE UP AND HE CAME RIGHT AWAY. WASN'T EVEN IN THERE FOR A GOOD 5 MINUTES... I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. IT IS REDICULOUS THAT HE IS A "LEAD" HE HAD NO RIGHT STARING AT US RUDLY, BEING A SMART ASS, BEING RASIST AND TELLING US TO GET OUT BECAUSE WE ASKED FOR SPACE! I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE! I will be taking this as far as I can! He does not deserve to work at my beloved Walgreens. So if your Mexican and/or have tats. Please just ignore him and walk away, or he will give you problems. They can kiss my money goodbye until he is out of that store!

  I largely haven't come into this Walgreens since my high school days about 15 years ago. The atmosphere has definitely changed alot. I feel uneasy going there at night. There was 2 to 3 homeless people obviously laced on meth just panhandling outside the doors for change. The place is unusually lonely at night and feels unsafe. Night time crew is composed of teenagers. They do an ok job but aren't incredibly helpful. Their card payment station was broken and I was instructed to hold my card in with one hand while I punch my pin in with the other. With that being said the inside of the store is still relatively well stocked and clean. They are also open til 10pm if you need to grab something on the go. The next closest store would be Walmart but they have long lines so this makes Walgreens a good alternative.

  Very poor and unprofessional management. I spent 20 minutes to get my things to checkout, once I came to cashier she said the system is down we only accept cash. I waited 10 more minutes for the manager to come and told him it's better to write it on the entrance door so before someone enter will know and will not wast time.
