The pharmacy has horrible customer service...&/or their phone line is broken. I recently sent a prescription here & had a question about a strange automated call that I received. I called yesterday & was on hold for 25 min...never got to speak to a pharmacy staff member & hung up. Today I called again & it said there was only 1 caller ahead of me & I waited 20 min before hanging up. The pharmacy staff was also unfriendly when I went inside the store. I've never experienced anything like this. I'll be switching my prescription to a different store.

General Store staff Superior... Pharmacy not so much... I do most of my shopping in this store, but my Pharmacy I'm forced to use CVS or Dillons due to lack of service and very negative attitude in the pharmacy.

Ok! Here is the long story. All the staffs and manager are nice but pharmacist. I think walgreen should reconsider this pharmacist. My baby has fever in the midnight. We run out the Tylenol. I don’t want to take my baby down to store since it’s mid night at 4:30 and it’s 21 F outside. She has 102 F fever. So I come up a 24 hours drive thru walgreen. I have to drive 20 minutes. When I arrived; the pharmacist asks me to wait and he asks what I need I told him I need an infant Tylenol; for baby. He brought me a children Tylenol which I am fine. The only question I ask is my baby is 16 months can she have it and how many doze. He startes to yell at me and say I ask you twice and you say you want the children Tylenol before I get it; I’m not going to deal with you. I keep to tell him I need an infant one I actually don’t know what did he hear before. Anyway, I say I have baby has fever in my car and he said just crab your baby to the store and buy yourself. Very very unfriendly. First, he is a pharmacist, he didn’t use his knowledge to help me. Second, this is not the attitude he should face to the customer. Third, it’s mid night there is no one in the store and I am the only one at drive thru. I don’t know what is the reason he is rush and mad. I am being so nice to him to ask him a question. I have to crab my baby to the store. Again, it’s 21F outsider, he wastes my energy, my baby’s risk (after we back to car, she has 105 fever) and my gas. I can just go to the nearest store to get the medicine. The reason why I don’t just because I don’t want my baby to get worse. You are the pharmacist and I think you totally waste your knowledge.

This is across from Wesley Hospital. It is open 24/7/365 with a pharmacist on duty. It has a drive through for prescriptions. They have walkers and crutches for that oops accident too. Their staff is helpful and they are not under staffed at 3 in the morning.

Not at all customer service focused. If you have an issue with an Rx, prepare for at least 3-5 calls to resolve. Different person each time, and no one has communicated or left comments in the software about your situation. Switching to Dandurand. Customer service is important folks.
