  The cashier told me I couldn’t do a split payment between two cards forcing me to spend the cash I needed to have a place to stay tonight. I’ve never heard of something like that and he didn’t even try to ask someone else for help. It’s really disappointing and I needed the couple food items I had.

  RACIST. If I could give the store a negative one star rating I would. I'm a psychotherapist and I needed to pick up some peroxide after work. I was dressed business casual and almost immediately upon my entering the store a young, Latino, male aged late 20s or early 30s began following me around the store. While it seemed he was attempting to be undercover, it was painfully obvious that he was a rent-a-cop. I was waiting for one of the clerks to assist me. She took an inordinate amount of time and I stood in the middle of the aisle, frozen...feeling that I could not move while this young male continued to stare me down. I stared back and did not move. Soon a uniformed security officer began walking toward me. That was my cue.   They do not except return nor change to another manufacturer of the same medicine even though I can't take the drug for some allergic ingredient so did not take any. They just asked me to receive new prescription. Rite Aid and CVS accept return or change to another manufacturer if they have.

  I love Walgreens and their fantastic sales!! This one I especially like bc its open 24 hours! They have a parking lot and is very easy to access.

  the worst customer service ever!! after 20-30 minutes hold on the phone, they'll get you and at the same time they talk to other customers wile talking to you on the phone!! not only that, in few occasions, they lost my original prescription, mixed up medications, lost track of refiled and left me without med for few days, so had to change my pharmacy
