I have to wait 24 hours for pain med ocycodone is unacceptable. Pain meds should be a priority. I'm told the reason is because of paper work. That is totally unacceptable excuse. I've been going to this particular pharmacy for over a year. There should be some recognition for that as well. I plain to tell everyone I know not to use this pharmacy. Because their lame excuses.

Only because they have a larger make up section. The pharmacy here is pathetic! Nobody ever has a clue as to what they are doing. I will be moving all of my medications across town to grant and swan where the workers are competent and remember what customer service really is. Every month I have several problems with this pharmacy as well as homeless beggars outside the store and cashiers who have no idea what is going on in their store or what their products do or what services they offer. Prices are never correct between tags and the computer. When I asked the pharmacist if anyone actually listens to the customers she hung up on me. If you can't handle the stress of your job you need to find something else to do. You are in control of people's medicines and there-fore how their lives operate and honestly these pharmacists could care less if you get sick or end up in the hospital because they messed up again. They think they are holier than thou and that's wrong. If you value your time and health don't use this pharmacy

Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Store clean and well-organized. 24 hours very convenient but very, very dangerous at night. Lots of panhandling and violent shoplifters. No armed on site security. Absolutely avoid at night.

The store is pretty good. Some odd issues and long wait times in occasion but the worst about it is the panhandlers that hang out all day long even after being told to leave and the lack of police to help just makes it worse. Just another whole shopping section of tucson to avoid
