::I’ve lived in the area for 22 years. All these years I loved to shop in this particular Walgreens store at Gough Street. Some of your sales associates knew me not my name but in face and see my kids grow from baby to teenagers. Until last night I encountered a terrible bad customer service by one of your pharmacy tech name Susan in your pharmacy department. I was very nice and in a good mood. I approached her, that I’m here to pick up my pills. She she said to wait. And I handed her my insurance card, I told her that my employer changed our insurance plan. She told me that I’m wasn’t covered and the whole time she was rude to me, even the other pharmacy tech witnesed it and apologized to me because Susan told her to take over. When the pharmacy tech did it, not even a minute imputing my insurance information in the system again it went thru with no problem. She should be coach how to deliver a good service. SHE’S VERY VERY RUDE!

::My fiance and I are regular customers. We live 3 blocks away from this Walgreens. We were refused to use the restroom today!.. The cashier said they have "no public restroom". This store is in a very high end neighborhood! How can a health driven company refuse customers a basic right such as using a restroom. I will be in contact with the corporate office. NOT ACCEPTABLE for a multimillion dollar "health" industry!! UPDATE... I returned to this location and spoke to the mgr. Scott, who was very apologetic. (I do not know the cashiers name but definitely know her face) He said that customers are allowed use of the restroom and that he was very sorry to hear of this experience. I have not seen the cashier who refused to allow us restroom access, but I will certainly let her know that I brought this matter to the attention of the manager.

::This Walgreens has excellent customer service most of the time. Just don't go to the pharmacy when Marilyn or Matthew are not there. The pharmacist tech? name Suzy is the worst EVER. Not friendly and treated me real salty. I was afraid to take my medicine from her.

::Seem to want to really help you we have one pharmacist was in the best but you know that's going to happen it's not my regular my wife Family Walgreens and they treat them very well bubbly five or six times well

::I have been going to this pharmacy at this location for over 5 years. I have always found the staff (both general sales and prescription) friendly and very helpful. I can think of many times when they have taken the extra step to help my wife and me. I would suggest that Amy give them another chance.
