::What horrible treatment!! They never have much coffee in stock, and when they have some you must check the use by date. Several times I noticed coffees with an expired use by date. This week 5/12/18 they had a coffee sale and with a reasonable use by date. Being a senior, I decided to stock up and use my Walgreens points to pay for some of it. Put 12 packs in my trolley. At checkout I was told that there is a limit of 4, but that was never displayed anywhere. They also asked me if I was a local or a tourist. Tourists are allowed to by more - no limit. Walgreens (Kapiolani Blvd.) discriminates by origin and that is against the law. Just went across the street to Walmart and bought a many as I wanted. Recently each pack of coffee at Walgreens is now displayed in a transparent lock box to prevent shoplifting. At checkout there is a time consuming wait caused by the checkout staff undoing the locks. I my instance I believe the checkout girl was maybe just to lazy to undo all the locks on each coffee pack and came up with an excuse of a limit of 4. With some coffee brands you can not see the best by date because it is hidden under a fold and now locked up. What a disastrous shop that Walgreens has become.

::Best Walgreen’s I’ve ever visited! It has an awesome selection of what you’d expect at a drugstore plus tons of Hawaiian souvenirs, mac nut candy, coffee, toys, incredible selection of groceries, small food deli, including Dole whip!

::Great store, location, and variety. Contains touristy gifts, pineapple froyo, and large selection of regular corner store stuff. Clean interior, modern little carts, and friendly staff.

::So open and big. Two stories to this location, escalator available and they may have an elevator. Not sure. Good location for all the foot traffics around the area.
