  Well if you are about to go to WC HSD, you must have a reason, be prepared to wait for a while. On multiple occasions we would deal with incompetent workers. They would frequently lose our documents, scan them into under a wrong names or even close our case without an explanation. Just want warn you, be prepared to deal with a very poor quality service. On the flip side, things are getting better and our last two visits were much more pleasant with positive results.
