  Diner type food. Very reasonable prices and great service at the bar. Felt right at home without the alcohol. Grin.

  Excellent place. Really good breakfast food, really good prices. Got fruit salad for my daughter and it was just fresh bananas, strawberries and blueberries. Coffee was excellent, too. 👍🏼👍🏼

  This place is an under-appreciated gem in the area that, were it in a destination-neighborhood, would be widely known. The staff are warm and friendly, with the same people consistently there. They quickly serve big helpings of diner food from a menu that has probably changed very little in 60 years in a setting that's equally authentically nostalgic. There's only counter seating inside (on comfy, warn, old stools that, if I remember right, a cook once told me have been there since it opened) but seats tend to open quickly if you don't mind waiting. They added outdoor seating last year so you have a better chance of getting right in at busy times now. Also you can get food to go if you like. Waffle -or wafle, depending on which sign you read- Shop keeps good diner hours and is open all night on weekends so it can be a great spot to start or end a night ...or if you just want a cheeseburger at 9AM a waffle at 1AM

  Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! Still not sure if it's 'Wafle' or 'Waffle', but damn was that some good food. My friend and I had the waffle with two eggs and meat and did not regret our choice. We didn't have to wait long for our meals or for the coffee to arrive. Will definitely be going back!
